The Savoy Hotel is delighted to welcome our valued guests to Nelson BC. Please be aware of Canada's border changes and read more about travel requirements for COVID-19 vaccinated travellers entering Canada here. Requirements are constantly evolving due to the COVID-19 Omicron variant of concern.
In an effort to combat the spread of COVID, we have implemented increased cleaning and sanitation procedures as well as training our staff on our new COVID-safe protocols to ensure our team continues to provide a safe environment for our guests. Your safety remains our top priority, and we will continue to scrupulously monitor the hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel. Respecting local and provincial health protocols remains of the utmost importance. If you are sick, please stay home.

Your health and well-being are paramount to us and in a quest for hygiene excellence, we hold ourselves to extremely high standards of cleanliness at all times.
In order to protect you during this unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic, a few of the procedures we’ve implemented are:
Sanitizer is available at the front desk and in all of our guest rooms
Face masks are required in all public areas of the hotel
Installation of plexiglass shields at our front desk
Enhanced techniques used to clean guest rooms after each guest’s stay
Increased frequency of sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces in high touch areas throughout the hotel
Social distancing measures are being implemented
All staff complete a daily health check prior to arriving at work
Booking times are now in place for Hot Tub & Sauna use
What you can do to ensure a comfortable stay with us:
Please make sure you, or any members of your group, are not exhibiting any signs of Covid-19 or Flu-like symptoms.
Please respect others’ space and allow for 2m or 6ft of distance.
Please pay with credit or debit in lieu of cash whenever possible.
