May I reserve the entire hotel?
Yes! We offer an exclusive hotel buyout based on availability. Please inquire as early as possible to secure your preferred dates for your event or family getaway in Nelson BC.
When is your front desk open?
Front desk services are available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. There are no front desk staff available overnight. Check-In must be before 11:00 PM.
Is there parking available?
Street parking is available for free on Sundays and overnight, with paid meters in effect from 9am to 5pm, Monday-Saturday.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
We are proud to host Busaba Thai Cafe in our hotel building. Please visit their Facebook page for their latest hours of operation. If you need a recommendation for a local coffee shop or breakfast spot, please speak to one of our knowledgeable front desk staff.
Is the hotel dog friendly?
Pet-friendly rooms are available upon request and are subject to room availability. We accept dogs, with payment of our pet fee. It is $20 per pet, per night. We will also ask you to sign-off on our pet rules. No dogs are allowed on the beds or furniture.
