Join us for a surreal night of revelry on Saturday October 29th as a total eclipse of the sun, and the impulsive purchase of a mysterious plat introduces an intergalactic portal to another dimension to The Savoy – inadvertently inviting angry, hungry venus flytraps to take over Bloom Nightclub in a true musical horror fashion..

We’ve also invited some of the area’s finest horror-ticulturalists such a sOrganic Mechanic (who makes his return to the turntables after about a year’s sabbatical), Footprints of The Grove, and Willa – as well as local visionary Mary Marinangeli who will be heading up the decay and decor. The night will also showcase exclusive dance performances by the Earth Movement troupe, featuring Ursa Minor. First batch of tickets will be only $10, available at The Falls Music Lounge by this Friday.

•• Organic Mechanic ••

The nature of the Organic Mechanicís live performance can only be characterized by the fans who adore him. This artist dishes out the psychedelic cake, enticing the dance floor to cohesively feel each and every beat of his big hearted bass lines. ìFresh and contemporaryî would be an understatement when trying to describe the collective consciousness experienced through his harmonic creations (of love).

The Organic Mechanic takes the audience to an alternate dimension of freedom and unity. From the first note exposition to the very last, a temporary utopian society is created. Enchanted and sweaty, united together in the audio playground, devotees feel IT. Experience the Earth at your feet, as you allow your carnal, archaic roots to flow forth with the release of euphoric, geometric beats. See the stars in your own eyes as you let your mind unfurl, unwind and bloom as Taurin mixes his ethereal potion of mind expansion. Fill your senses with the intoxicatingly deep and lustful resonance from this musical masterís mind.

•• Footprints ••

Footprints has been a staple of the vibrant West Kootenay electronic music culture for as long as it has been around. His most noteworthy accomplishments are the creation and management of Shambhala Music Festival’s The Grove stage, Kamp Festival, and AreaOne Events – all three blossoming into incomparable world-class entities.

•• Willa ••

Expect Willa’s music to range from downtempo/dubstep to midtempo glitchy squish hop, to in-your-face breaks, and if shit gets a lil hectic, expect some drum and bass! and Don’t be surprised by crazy wompiness and jaw dropping basslines, that’s just how he rolls! Watch out for this mountain kid as he plays all across the Koots and beyond.
