•• Justin Pleasure ••

“When it comes right down to it, it’s my love for house music that has kept me in it for all these years.”

Staying true to a genre is an understatement for Justin. A house music devotee since he first started DJ’ing in 1989, Justin spent the first 20 yrs of his DJ life hauling his flight cases of vinyl and helping pioneer the original warehouse/after-hours party scene in Western Canada.

“In the 90’s DJ’ing wasn’t what it was today, no MP3’s or easy access to music… vinyl was the only choice. Being both incredibly expensive and difficult to obtain, DJ’s had to make a serious commitment to the art to even be involved.”

Coming up through the golden age of classic house and techno though was a true gift. This helped forge Justin’s reputation for long, well curated house sets that have graced many venues, from main stage and fractal forest at Shambhala, to clubs and warehouses across Western Canada. And after all these years, Justin still has the same principle, expose the people to cutting edge, ‘hi-brow’ house music. Please enjoy responsibly.

•• Braden Early ••

With well over a decade spent honing his craft, Braden Early of Nelson BC is quickly becoming a true staple in the West Coast house music scene. Originally from Edmonton AB, Braden was resident DJ at the Level 2 Lounge in the early 2000’s. It was here that his spacious, melodic house and techno style would unfold. A sound that he would then expose party goers to at clubs and outdoor festivals across Western Canada. With Braden’s lifelong love of classic house, detroit techno, 80’s electro and disco, his sophisticated, modern take on music comes as no surprise.

So if quality, cutting edge house and techno are your thing, do yourself a favour and check out one of Braden Early’s sets. Your ears will thank you.
